20 min upper body weights - shoulders
8 mile recovery run on the treadmill, 63 minutes.
I am having a difficult time transitioning from junk/base mileage pace (7:25-7:50) to workout/recovery mode. Anything faster seems forced and anything slower just seems awkward. haha I'll figure it out!
PM: 3 miles easy. Barely made it to 3 because my stomach was not happy. |
