Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

30 minutes weights.  Worked shoulders & chest.

10.4 miles on the treadmill

20 minute WU @ 8:27 pace

The rest of the run kind of turned into a progression run.  Started at 7:24 and increased each mile, 7:19, 7:14, 7:09, 7:04, 6:53.  Finished in barely over 43 minutes for a 7:11 AP.  This was tough for me and I kind of wanted to throw in the towel but I think it was all mental.  Once I got past the first couple of miles I felt fine.

2 mile cooldown @ 8:34 pace
