Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

Worked triceps for 20 minutes

7.5 miles on the treadmill went like this:

15 minute warmup at 8ish pace

5x1 minute hill climbs with equal recover at 5% grade 7:54 pace

15 minutes at half marathon tempo pace (7:14)

5 minute rest 8min pace

Nice work... Newton Hills stand NO CHANCE!

Are there uphills in Boston? Last year, I propped the back of my treadmill on 2x4's to get downhill simulation. I got huge toe blisters, but it was in Feb, so they had plenty of time to heal and toughen up for the marathon.

Your the pro on Boston Kam. Is there hills? Heartbreak right? I'm actually training for a hilly 10k in a few weeks plus running uphill makes flat feel a whole lot better. :)
