Tempo workout today. I am still really congested from this stupid cold...ugh but my legs did feel a little bit better today. 10 minute wu, 5 minutes at goal marathon pace 7:38, 20 minutes at half marathon pace 7:10-6:59, 5 minutes at marathon pace 7:35, and then 22 minute cooldown at 8:12 pace for a total of 8 miles. I like doing the tempo workouts by time and not focusing so much on distance.
Change of plans for Saturday LR. Me and JulieC are going to meet up at the Tabernacle in Provo and run the Provo City Half marathon course. She is going for 16 and I am planning 13-14. It will be a later start at 9:00a.m. Anyone want to join? |
