I want to start logging my workouts again this year.  Right now I'm running 30-40 miles a week and my long runs are 8-10 or just whatever.  I don't feel great running but I still enjoy it and always will.  I run with my sister 4 days a week and on the TM once or twice a week usually.  I definitely have no running goals/plans for 2017 at all.  My heart loves running but my body definitely doesn't anymore.  I've gained a solid 10 or more lbs and restored my periods, so cheers to womanhood! ;)

AM:  4 solo miles on the riv trail before speaking in chuch! 8:22 pace

PM:  23 mile bike ride with my husband.  We did a big loop starting at my brothers in payson, down to santaquin, crossing over to West Mtn and Benjamin and then back up to my brothers.  We averaged around 14mph.  Fun ride on our new bikes.  I'm so excited for better weather to come.

When I got home from jr. jazz watching on sat my husband had a TM all set up for me in the house.  Apparently he's sick of me walking circles around the house on sunday in an attempt to get my steps in. :)  It's an older TM that his cousin gave him but it works and isn't too shabby.  It is stuck at an incline but whatever thats probably good for me.  

3 miles at a 9 min pace.  Walked 2 miles.
