10.25 miles with Josse & Janae at OHS track.  Such a memorable morning with these ladies.  We did 36 x 200 for Josse's 36th Birthday!  We were just planning a track workout but then I had the crazy idea of doing 36 x 200's and Jos & Janae were both on board so we went for it.  I loved it!

Happy Birthday Josse!

omg. that's a workout.

Awesome! I guess I'm not the only crazy person; I did 32 200s for my birthday back in May. Only we miscounted and when I got home I realized it was only 31 :(

Nice workout, looking forward to seeing you tear it up in 2014.

love the workout. you and Josse will continue to kill it again in 14...

Nice job on the 200s!

Hey, what did you think of the Riverton Half (course, organization, etc)? My friend is thinking about running and I saw that you ran it last year.

Yes josse bday runs are fun! Good job. 36 is amazing. Seriously cool. But if anyone could do them...i would pick u three.

Sweet workout! That's a ton of 200's.

From josse on Thu, Jan 02, 2014 at 22:07:14 from 70.208.27.238

Thanks for the best birthday run ever!!

From josse on Thu, Jan 02, 2014 at 22:10:04 from 70.208.27.238

Riley you are where she got the idea from, and we did not miscalculate we for sure did 36!

From Rachelle on Fri, Jan 03, 2014 at 09:51:03 from 159.212.71.77

Riley - yes we did kind of steal the idea from you.:)

Andrea - I have ran the Riverton course 3 times but I have never actually raced it. In my opinion it is a really good honest course. There are some good hills and lots of turns....maybe somewhat comparable to Thanksgiving Point? As far as organization goes it is flawless, they do a good job. It is a really small low key race but ran really well by Riverton city.

From RileyCook on Fri, Jan 03, 2014 at 09:57:28 from 73.52.134.194

Hey you're welcome to steal any of my ideas. But, I must warn you that they're not always smart :)

From RileyCook on Fri, Jan 03, 2014 at 10:18:04 from 73.52.134.194

By the way, don't tell my wife I admitted that not all my ideas are smart :)

Josse, I was going to head over to your blog and wish you a happy birthday, but didn't see an entry yet for this workout. So, happy birthday and great 200s! 36 is tougher than 31! Did you run the 36th one in 36 seconds?

From josse on Fri, Jan 03, 2014 at 11:24:06 from 70.196.192.236

Thanks Riley we actually didn't time any of them but the last few where sub 5:15 pace what ever that would work out to :) I sure am tired today!

From seeaprilrun on Fri, Jan 03, 2014 at 12:56:54 from 68.102.189.33

That is a LOT of 200s!
