8 miles on the TM, 7:26 pace. I started at 8:34 and felt good for the first time in about 1.5 years. I'm pretty sure my TM was probably broken but I'll take it anyway. 3 mi tempo 6:53, 6:48, 6:42, 6:22 for .2.
