Fall out boys "I don't care" would be the theme of my workout this morning.   I had kind of a stressful weekend.  Someone frauded my credit card, all of my employees are sick which means I get to work all day/night, and I'm just in a bad mood!

Treadmill workout 5 x 1 mile with 400 recovery was the plan.

2.5 mile warmup, 6:16, 400, 6:13, 400, 6:10, 800, 6:03, 800, 5:58, 800, 800 @ 5:45 pace, 1 mile cooldown.  11 miles total in 78 minutes.  It was seriously like 585 degrees in the gym so I ran in my sports bra after the first half of the run.....in Utah county....and yes people were starring at the crazy lady dripping with sweat, singing out loud in a sports bra and wearing dress socks with running shoes because I forgot to pack my running socks.  That was the longest run on sentence in the history of ever....I don't care...I love it!

15 minutes weights.....I did put on a jacket before I started pumping iron.

sounds like a tough workout with all the stress for sure. But love the visual of dress socks with running shoes and seawater sweat flooding the gym!! :D. Good workout!!I mean GREAT workout. : D

Yes, GREAT workout! I'm always impressed! And isn't running a great way to relieve stress? I've cried, screamed, kicked, yelled while running just to release some steam.

I really hope that everyone who reads this laughs at least a little. Seriously though, great workout. Those are some FAST miles. Hope your week turns around right quick!
