Yoga class - The best!
7.5 miles on the TM with Heather, 8:00 pace.
I took 2 days off of running to baby my achilles. I pretty much only take a day off of running if I'm dead (<------read: I have not not ran since 2 days after UVM 2013, I couldn't walk.)
So 2 days off of running was GREAT for me. Apparently not running doesn't kill you. Who knew? I don't mess around with achilles injuries because the only thing worse than cross training is not being able to cross train! I did not have any pain today while running. Soreness a little but no pain. I am only really feeling it now when walking up and down stairs. But I just need to be smart with this one and keep babying it if necessary.
