20 min strength training - pushups 3 x 15, planks 3 x 1:00, worked shoulders.
I want to start logging my workouts again this year. Right now I'm running 30-40 miles a week and my long runs are 8-10 or just whatever. I don't feel great running but I still enjoy it and always will. I run with my sister 4 days a week and on the TM once or twice a week usually. I definitely have no running goals/plans for 2017 at all. My heart loves running but my body definitely doesn't anymore. I've gained a solid 10 or more lbs and restored my periods, so cheers to womanhood! ;)
