Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

My vote is 5K specific training! Speed training could take you to the next level in the half/marathon :)

Fun! You are just having fun, that's all that matters :)

That is a fun group of runners! I think having no direction and just having fun is necessary sometimes! I say enjoy fun running for a while!

Enjoy it, Rachelle!! Whichever way you go, a reset will always help propel you forward.

Whatever direction you're going has already taken you past 1800 miles this year! It's great to see you're having so much fun with your running. Keep it up!

Andrea's idea sounds kind of fun! Your shorter tempos keep getting faster and faster.

If you are having fun, who needs direction? You can get direction when you decide on something. In the meantime, enjoy the fun of running and you will definitely be fit enough for whatever way you decide to go with it!

What a blessing to enjoy training. That means that you are with good people, are not injured or burned out, and are healthy and strong. You are enjoying what 9/10ths of the people on this blog strive for in their long-term goals. Very cool.
