25 min Strength Training
8.8 mi solo recovery run, 8:01 pace. I wanted to run by myself today to make sure I went as slow as my body needed to go. My main goal for the rest of the year is to stay healthy and enjoy running.
Trail run tomorrow meeting at 6:15am in the parking lot of the trail head in north Orem by the cemetery (1520 N 800th E). You just take the road at the end of the cemetery and the parking lot is on the left. Or I can drive a carpool up if you want to meet at the Exxon gas station off of 1600 North Orem at 6am. I am planning 70-75 minutes....whatever distance that turns out to be on the trails.
PM: 3 miles, 8:10 pace. I'm dealing with some big career decisions that are weighing heavily on my mind. Running helps & so does king sized candy bars! |
