5 miles at 8:00 minute pace. I pushed the emergency stop button as soon as I started to feel the slightest pain in my right leg. I would normally run through something like this but I am trying to be smart. I am also planning to do my LR tomorrow so I saw no sense in pushing myself today.
Jumped on the elliptical and finally ran a sub-20 5k!!!!!!!!! Woo hoo! 19:15! Kept the resistance at 9 and finished with a puddle of sweat. I tried to take a picture to confirm this but I was moving so fast all I ended up with was a big blur. By this point everyone in the gym was starring at me so you will just have to take my word.
I think I could maybe beat Andrea in a 5k on the elliptical. ha ha we should totally line up a treadmill next to an elliptical and race it out. :)
