I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. 7.5 miles easy, downtown Payson Loop. Just a nice relaxing hour of running on a beautiful Sunday morning. 21 degrees never felt so warm!

Headed down south for a few days to see my brother and his family. Perfect timing to flock south with the freezing weather in store for this week. With my winter vacations I have planned I might be able to survive.

Dec 31-Jan 1: Las Vegas

Jan 31st - Feb 4th: California, Disneyland

Feb 17 - Feb 20th: Pheonix Arizona, IMS Arizona half marathon

I'll be in St. George tomorrow morning so if you know of any great routes in the city there let me know. I'm looking for 9-10 miles. :)
