I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. Not only am I impressed with your racing lately, but your ability to recover quickly. It seems like after every marathon I've done, I have a hard time walking (much less, running!)the next week. Keep up whatever you're doing cuz its obviously working.
