8 miles Santaquin Orchard loop. Still asleep the first few miles but after that it was a pleasant run. :)

PM: My dog is at the dogsitters (aka my Mom & Dads house) so I had no excuse to not hit the gym for the first time in 3 weeks and do some real strength training. I warmup up 3 slow miles that felt hard on the treadmill, I hate treadmill running! And then timed myself in the weights for 30 minutes. I feel like I haven't lost too much strength and the at home things I am doing are actually helping I guess. |
