I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. Get the sickness out of the way now - that's how I'm feeling. Rather be sick 10 weeks out instead of 5 weeks out when the workouts really matter.
