Solo wu on pretty fatigued legs from the trail run yesterday. 3 mi wu (8+ pace). 1 mile @ 5k pace 5:59 + 8 x 90 second speed intervals with 60 second active recovery. I have no idea what pace the intervals were at but they definitely were not stellar. 9.5, 7:14.
I wanted to get a workout in before I head to Vegas for 4 days. I'll be spending minimal time running and maximum time having fun......so I'll be pretty stoked if I get 30 min a day in of running. |
