Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

planks/pushups - I need to get back on track with the ST I'm turning into a total wuss.

8 miles on the treadmill in 56 minutes.  Ran way faster than normal because I wanted 8 miles and needed to allow myself as much extra time on the roads as possible.  What a freaking mess outside!  I really, really hope the roads clear up this weekend so that I can head south to Vegas.  I need to get the heck out of Utah!

I am more of a wuss withST. Okay way to do some great sw though. 4% incline right?

From Rachelle on Thu, Dec 27, 2012 at 09:30:28 from 159.212.71.199

10% incline of course. ;) haha the run went like this if you must have details:

mile 1 - 2% incline 7.7

2 - 2%, 8.8

3 - 1.5% 9.0

4 - 1% 9.1

5 - .5% 9.3

6 - 0% 9.4, 9.5 for the last half. (insert OMG I am going to die!)

2 miles 1% slower but too fast to be called real CD miles because I was watching the news and all they were talking about were all of the cars off of the road and to allow yourself extra commute time! Almost quit at 6.5 and 7 and then somehow talked myself into 8.

Hows that for too much information? ;)

You were totally racing the guy next to you, weren't you?

Nice workout Rachelle! I could see how the news story would speed things up :) Glad you got to work okay!! Enjoy Vegas.

Oh man, I would have paid to watch that treadmill race.

From Matt Schreiber on Thu, Dec 27, 2012 at 20:13:40 from 66.17.102.185

You're kickin' butt on the treadmill Rachelle. Nice job getting back at the strength stuff. Pretty sure about three days off puts me back at square one.

Drive safe out there!
