planks/pushups/ITBS rehab
I was going to cross train today but as habit would have it I found myself on a treadmill instead. 9 miles easy starting at 7.4 and bumping the speed up a notch every 10 minutes. Felt good except some random side stitches which is simply a result of eating a few (okay more like a ton) too many Christmas treats. Seriously my co-workers need to quit baking already. ;) |
