11 with Jen in the orchards. Pretty much a failed workout for me. waah, waah, waah. Plan was to do 5 miles easy and then 4 x 1 mi repeats with 1-2 min rest in between. After one I could just tell that I didn't have it. Oh well. 6:04 mile, 1 mile steady 7:23, 2 mile tempo 6:35, 6:17. And that was all she wrote...I considered asking a farmer on a tractor for a ride home but I somehow managed to dig deep and jog it in!
