I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. 6 miles on SF river trail with my sister, 8:46 pace. Provo City Half Marathon tomorrow. I'm pretty darn sure I'm not in as good of speed shape as I was last year for this one but I'm excited nonetheless. It should be a fun day!

yes, 5k tomorrow. so i will be somewhere around mile 10 cheering on the half, throwing confetti, etc.
