I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. 8 mile orchard loop with AmberD, 7:37 pace. 2 mile tempo 6:52, 6:40. I think my new plan is to train for a fast 5K and a 50 miler. Might as well shake things up.

Shake things up "a little"!? Awesome plan. The 5k training should definitely fix the speed and why not a 50 miler!
