9 mile orchard loop with Jen, 7:13 pace. I have no idea why we were moving faster than normal but we just naturally picked it up once we started talking about racing plans for the rest of the year. Last four miles were sub-7 and felt good. Half Marathon recovery day #9 and feeling strong. I am planning to take the rest of the week easy with a brisker long run in Phoenix on Saturday. :) 20 minutes weights + planks/pushups
