Early morning treadmill run. 10 miles total in around 70 minutes...just trying to burn off some of the fudge I've been eating! All of this holiday food makes me feel like a flipping rolly polly.
2 mile warmup and then 7 mile AT progression run 6:53, 6:48, 6:44, 6:39, 6:35, 6:31, 6:22, 1 mile cooldown. I felt okay but not great.
