I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. 7 miles on SF river trail with the Ambers, 8:34 pace.
PM: 4 miles, ran to the city building to register my sista and I for Payson Onion days 10k and then ran home. Watch malfunctions.

Kam - huh...to be completely honest I do not know if I'm in shape to run a 3:10. Maybe we could do half and half? We could pace Ragnar style and switch out every mile. I'll dress up like you for the occasion.

I love that you sandbag about your current fitness. You could run 3:10 with one arm tied behind your back.
