Tues TM workout: I am doing AmberD training plan with her just for fun. She is motivated and thrives on having "a plan". I am unmotivated, do not feel like training for anything right now, but do have a part of my crazy that enjoys feeling like death every once in awhile. Apparently my type A personality, and weird satisfaction of killing myself is tough to shake. ha!
Anyway this workout called for a 4 mile tempo. 2 mi wu 8:00 pace and then a progressive tempo 6:53, 6:44, 6:35?, 6:27? 5 x 30 seconds @ 10.1mph + cooldown to 10 miles. I completely cheated twice and paused my TM to drink water. It really is so dang hot at the gym and I'm a weenie.
