Weights - 45 min session working chest, tri's, and core
8 mile run mostly with AmberD, 7:54 pace. Gosh whoever stole my running mojo should seriously give it back. Every run just feels forced lately and I really just think it's harder to run after doing weights and in spanish fork. meh...no offense to those that live there but that town kind of sucks to run in IMO.
