7 miles easy but it didn't feel easy, 8:05 pace.  I was feeling the leg workout from Friday.  Love the fatigue feeling from weights.

Day #3 of weights.  Go me!  The 5:30 start time really isn't too bad once I wake up.  Today was tri's, bi's, and core.

8 miles with AmberD on the Speedy Spaniard course backwards, 7:48 pace.

Weights Day 4:  Legs...definitely not my favorite!  I was feeling the burn baby.

6 mile slog around town with AmberD, 8:00 pace.  I'm really glad I have Amber to run with after these weight sessions because I think it would be really hard to get going on my own.

I don't know what this weight thing is doing yet but I am feeling it.  There is definitely a delayed onset of fatigue for me however and I can barely lift my arms today from Mondays workout.  Loving the fatigued...like hello muscles that you haven't paid attention to since you were born feeling.

10 miles in the orchards with Jen, Melissa, Amber, & Scott, 7:46 pace.  Gotta love running the day after legs...I kinda wanted to quit but the conversation was too good to get behind.  My running friends are cooler than yours. ;)

early EARLY morning weight lifting.  5am on a holiday...when I didn't even have to work...I don't even know who I am anymore.  We worked some muscles.

6 miles on the Speedy Spaniard course with AmberD and then I added 3 more on the river trail.

10 miles on TRAILS:) with Jen, Scott, Melissa, and 3 of Jen's XC girls, 8:57 pace.  Jen found some new trails in Elk Ridge and they are so awesome!  They connect to Payson canyon and are a good variation of wide/single track.  They are really close to us and it will be so so nice for recovery.  We've still got some exploring to do to really figure them out but I'm so excited!
