Tuesday TM workout with AmberD. I'm not sure how much longer I can keep this up. The gym is so fetching crappy and hot that I literally feel dizzy by the end because I'm losing so many fluids. Gross
7 x 2 min on/1 min off. These were all basically at 6:10 pace which was HARD!
6 x 1 min on/1 min off. These were all at about 6:00 pace which again was HARD!
I was hoping these dumb workouts would inflate my confidence but I fear the opposite is happening. haha oh well at least I'm trying something once a week.
Recovery was at 7.2 whatever in the crap that might be. 8.5 miles in 62 minutes.
