Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

10.1 total I think and I am definitely not smart enough nor do I really care what pace it all was.  Is it clear that I am sick of the treadmill?  At least the gym was not packed this morning and I actually felt pretty good for the run or run(s).

And you did not freeze, that is the important part!

You need to come to our gym where there are TVs on the TMs. Then you just plug in and sometimes forget you're running...then you don't have to run fast :)

I'm impressed with your treadmill workouts! Running on the treadmill can be a real mind game.

Fast pace. 7 x 7 equals 49. 7 x 8 equals 56. So 830pace is 52:30. Hdlfway between 49 AND 56. Thst is the quick way to figure it. So u were faster than 73o. 30 dividec by 7 equsls 4. 726 pace. Way to go speedy. Wish i wasnt injurrd again. I love math btw.
