8 miles on the treadmill. Awesome hill workout today. I started at 7.4 (8:06) and bumped the last 400 of each mile up to 4-4.5% incline on the treadmill. I also bumped the speed up one notch with each mile. Recovery periods were at 1% incline. Total time was 62 minutes. |
