7 mile hilly route in Salem with Jen, 7:25 pace.  Love my morning chats with Jen.  We really need to start wearing headlamps though....it is dark and creepy with all of the random farm animals sneaking up on us.

10 min elliptical at the gym really slow just to watch the news for a bit.
