8.25 miles on the Bonneville shorline trail with Becca, 8:52 pace.  I love that girl.  What a fun morning.  The first mile of this trail is so hard but so worth it.  Trail running is just great!

Pacing 1:35 at Timp half tomorrow....I hope I can get my legs to turnover that quickly.  :-)

Every time I run on the BST somewhere I wonder how on earth a shoreline could be so dang hilly...dang geography. Have fun with your pacing tomorrow!
