Back to back stacked workouts. This is not something I do often but every once in while I do think it serves a purpose. Met a huge group of girls at Salem pond for the workout. I was honestly kinda wiped out from the start today but I figured a hard effort on tired legs is good every once in awhile right...
2.25 mi wu. 400 meter sprint around the pond + 5 x 200 hill sprints with equal recovery. Repeated this twice and then added 2 x 400 to finish. 2.25 mile cooldown. 9 miles total. Wobbly legs and sore feets. This workout seriously kicked my butt. Hill sprints are hard! |
