Worked Triceps & abs for 30 minutes.
8 miles on the treadmill, calling it my "Heartbreaker Hill Climb Workout" in honor of Valentines day. :) Started at 2% incline and increased every 10 minutes up to 4.5% then decreased back down to 2%. Kept the pace at 8:20-8:27 which is the pace I will be pacing at the Riverton Half. I wanted to practice this pace and stimmulate the hilly Riverton course. |
