30 minutes weights. planks, pushups, and shoulders. I can now hold a plank for 2 minutes without too much crying. :-)
7.5 miles running easy. I think I am officially retiring my beloved yellow asics. :( The only thing that really sucks about high mileage is going through shoes like groceries! Sheesh
