Started running in the 5 o'clock hour this morning which is totally against my running religion but it was so worth it to have some company. 8 miles easy with Josh around Springville. 8:20 pace.
20 minutes upper body weights at the gym
1 mile cooldown on the treadmill
Can I bribe anyone into joining me for 20 miles on Friday or Saturday? I'll buy you a slurpee....
PM: 3 miles easy, 7:48 pace. My body is still pretty fatigued from the hard tempo tuesday so I may take an extra recovery day. |
