Ran 10 miles with Sue, Merri, and Lily.  I held up the caboose as they all smoked me!  AP was a bit sub 8 for them.  I forgot to wear my garmin but was prob around 8 min AP.

Instead of back tracking to Payson to get ready I went to the gym and did 20 minutes shoulders and a 2 mile cooldown on the mill.

I am quitting candy!!  I can do this right?

yes, you can do it! every time you are craving it just think of good & plenty and the craving should pass :)

You are a star! I can't believe all that you do! You did speedwork yesturday and a hard run today (at least it was hard for me)!

We can do this candy thing (well chocolate for me candy for you) I don't like candy but I am a hopeless chocolate addict! I feel better just thinking about it!

If you mean quit candy all together I say NO WAY! But if its just to help with the races and be healthy as a temporary goal then yes please! :) Moderation in ALL things right? Of course you can do it, Look at your awesome work out, we know what you are made of ! Pure muscle! You're a strong girl!

Great job on your running this week, you are AWESOME! Those women you ran with today, MAN! I could not keep up with them on rollerblades. Great job.

Good luck with the NO CANDY. I do believe you can do anything you put your mind to, so if you want it, you can do it!
