8 miles with 10x400's at 6:19ish pace. Felt good for the first time this week. I think that running up Payson canyon last saturday really took a toll on my body. Overall AP for the run was 7:30.
10 minute cooldown on the elliptical.
I skipped my lower body workout today since I'm running a marathon on Sunday. I think that a lot of my soreness is also due to all of the lunges I did last Friday so I figured it was best to skip it. Plus I'll use any excuse I can think of to not workout my lower body. ha ha |
