Treadmill again...seriously I'm such a wimp!
2 mile warmup 12 x 1 min on/off first 4 @ 10.1 5:56 1% incline, then 4 @10.2 5:52 .5% incline, and last 4 at 10.3 5:49 0% incline. Recovery in between at 8:19 pace. Half mile jog and then 1 mile @ MP 6:35. Cooldown. Legs are fatigued which is no surprise..I've kind of been busting out these treadmill workouts like a crazy lady. Probably time to take it down a notch.
