Early morning Track workout at Salem HS with the South County Crew. We had a big group this morning including Mack, Aubs, Melissa, Scott, Jen, & Amber. Everyone kind of doing there own workout. Jen was doing 20 x 400 which sounded completely awful. I was late and so everyone was already into the workout when I got there. 2 mi wu

6 x 400: 85, 83, 84, 84, 84, 83 (200 active recovery)
I was really discouraged with this workout initially but I think it is my first time on the track this year so it's really no surprise that I felt a little rusty.
