AM: cross training elliptical, weights
AM2: 3.5 miles, 8 min pace.
I'm starting to enjoy the cross-training and break from running. I absolutely will not even consider racing again until 2016. My body has a lot of healing to do. Right now my hamstrings are probably my biggest ailment but with a lot of TLC I think they are slowly getting better. Amazing how when one piece of your body breaks down it's a rippling effect. I feel so much better now that I've just thrown the pressure away and comitted to getting better. :)
