7.3 mostly with my sister on the SF river trail, 8:42 pace.  I usually always run the dairy loop with Jen on Mondays but I knew for certain that I was not keeping up with Jen today.  I've been sick for a week now and I am so sick of being sick!  This cold that is going around is nasty.
