Later morning run after a 6am work meeting. 10 miles solo starting at Golds Gym on 800 north and running up Provo Canyon. It was so nice to run up the canyon again without worrying about ice! I did 12 x 1 min on/off on the way down and felt pretty good. Running has been kind of off for me this week so It was nice to get some turnover going in my legs. Ran the last mile a little faster on accident and hit a good marathon pace. Overall pace for the run was 7:28. A little wet out but overall a really nice morning. :)
