Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

Hilly route in Salem with Jen, 7:22 pace.  First time I've actually been able to see the hills and they felt much harder than when we run in the dark.  Neither of us have done any sort of workout in over two weeks and we are running too fast but it feels natural so I guess I'll go with it.

Jen is trying to talk me into doing the Woodland Hills Yeti race this weekend......so I guess I need to learn to ski by Saturday.  hmmm that should be interesting.

3 min plank.

PM:  5 miles with a few 1 min surges, stressful day at work and sometimes running fast helps.

3 minute plank? My core burns just thinking about it.

Nice natural pace! I love when I find that groove (mine is slower than yours :))!

Sounds like a perfect excuse to learn how to ski! Nice work on the hills!

If you do the Yeti race, don't go off at the start with David Taylor - he's in the zone: been training all his life for this race. He'll go off like a rocket and I suspect, for once, he'll hang on!
