Pushups & planks. I took 4 days off of doing any strength training so it was good to get back in the groove. I only had time for 25 minutes but that is better than nothing I suppose.
8.6 miles on the treadmill. Varying incline with a fairly consistant 8 minute pace. Pretty uneventful run but I felt good. :)
PM: I had to babysit my nephew tonight so me and the pup didn't get out until about 6:15. The wind had calmed down and the weather was perfect. 2.4 miles nice and easy. |
