Rebecca's husband was nice enough to drive Jos, Julia, Ericka, Rebecca and I up to south fork of Provo this morning. We did a 2 mile warmup and then all kind of spread out and started our own workouts. I was planning to do 3 x 2 miles but after 2 miles I felt really good and decided a nice 6 mile progressive tempo would boost my confidence more than the 3 x 2. I've really been struggling with pacing for some reason lately so the main focus this morning was to start conservatively.

After I finished I cooled down back to Julia & Ericka and finished there workout with them. I asked them what pace they wanted and they said 7:10. They did a 7:09 1st mile and then I really pushed them the 2nd mile and they stayed with me so I kind of kept pushing and we hit 6:48. 12 miles total all on the PCHM course.
