I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. 7.5 miles around the orchards in Santaquin. Nice & easy, such a beatiful morning. I really really love Summer running. :) I actually had a little bit of spring in my step this morning but I still kept it easy.

Have do much fun running Ragnar. Be careful too, you are still recovering. I did this last year too and I was surprised at how good my legs felt!
