Short-Term Running Goals: My goal is to continue to enjoy running and maybe get faster a long the way! :) Long-Term Running Goals: Run until I am 100 years old! Personal: I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. 4.3 on the TM in 30 minutes, 6:58 pace. I was short on time so I did a quick wu/cd and alternated on/off in between. Trying to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. Not fun!
